7. Site Survey Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A $100 deposit is required to hold your ClearWatt site survey appointment. This deposit is collected by phone at the time of scheduling and is applied toward your ClearWatt solar project if you move forward with us.
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice: Your $100 deposit is fully refunded.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment: A $50 cancellation fee will be retained from your deposit. The remaining $50 will be refunded.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: The full $100 deposit is non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClearWatt Solar makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of savings estimates, which may vary based on individual home conditions, utility rates, usage patterns, and other factors. Final pricing is confirmed only after an on-site survey by a ClearWatt Approved Technician.
